The True Kingdom: How Jesus Rules in an Earthly World

Christ's kingdom operates contrary to worldly systems. Where political powers function through dominance (the Tree of Knowledge), Jesus' kingdom flourishes through trust in God (the Tree of Life). Jesus repeatedly declined political influence, modeling a radically different approach. The early church—meeting in homes without political clout—outlasted the mighty Roman Empire. God isn't using us to fix the world; rather, we believers are the world He's already transformed. Our gatherings, though seemingly small, showcase heaven's reality on earth. We're not called to change systems but to display the transformed reality already accomplished in Christ—living witnesses of a kingdom that cannot be shaken.
